Service Description
Our most detailed service, targeting every inch of your property. We go beyond the surface to eliminate accumulated dust and grime in hard-to-reach places. This "restoration" level clean brings your space back to its absolute best. Our Signature Deep Cleaning includes: Kitchen Intensified: Microwave, oven and fridge interior and exterior, detailed scrubbing of stovetop, degreasing cabinets and ceramic, and scrubbing sink. Detail Work: Hand-wiping baseboards and cabinet exteriors, cleaning light switches, and door frames. High Dusting: Reaching ceiling fans, vents, baseboard, blinds, and crown moldings. All Elite Services: Bathrooms: Deep cleaning toilets, showers, tubs, and mirrors; sanitizing vanity areas. Living Areas & Bedrooms: Dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets/rugs, mopping hard floors, and making beds. Kitchen: Sanitizing countertops, cleaning exterior of appliances, scrubbing the sink, and floor care. Finishing Touches: Emptying trash bins and straightening up common areas. *Estimated time may vary depending on the size and initial condition of the property.
Cancellation Policy
I. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your time and our team’s schedule are highly valued. To maintain our "White-Glove" standard, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations request, and 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling requests. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: A fee of $50.00 or 50% of the estimated service value (whichever is greater) will be charged. Same-day cancellations or Lock-outs: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the full service amount will be billed to cover labor and logistics costs.
