Service Description
Our Move-In / Move-Out Excellence Cleaning includes: Total Sanitization: Complete cleaning of the interior of all cabinets, drawers, and closets. Appliance Detailing: Deep cleaning of the interior of the oven, microwave, refrigerator and laundry machines. "Edge-to-Edge: We polish every corner, ledge, and surface from ceiling to floor for the next occupant." *Estimated time may vary depending on the size and initial condition of the property.
Cancellation Policy
I. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your time and our team’s schedule are highly valued. To maintain our "White-Glove" standard, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations request, and 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling requests. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: A fee of $50.00 or 50% of the estimated service value (whichever is greater) will be charged. Same-day cancellations or Lock-outs: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the full service amount will be billed to cover labor and logistics costs.
